Sign Up for Photos at FRVPC Mini Event 2021

***EARLY BIRD PRICES***
One day: $100 for all three events or $75 for CT riders.
Both days: $150 for all three events or $125 for CT riders.
*****Must sign up before April 1st at 6pm to qualify.*****
Prices:
$125 for all three events one day.
$100 for CT riders one day.
$175 for all three events both days.
$150 for CT riders both days.
If you are riding different levels on both days please specify which levels on what days in the last box!
Active United States Pony Club member? Let me know and qualify for a $15 discount!
Multiple Horses:
If you are a rider with multiple horses please list your second horse's info in the last box.
There are discounts for those with multiple horses!
How many images/format to expect:
15-25 digital images sent via Google Photos link.
We can do a CD/Thumdrives on request but this turn around will take longer and there is an additional $20 charge for making and shipping!
We will work as fast as we can to get your images to you as quickly as we can. Minimum time span to expect your photos is one week after the last day of the show and no longer than 3 weeks after the last day of the show.
What to expect after sending this form:
1. Confirmation e-mail that I have received your information and some more information on payment.
2. Closer to the show look for a text/e-mail confirming your show date, rider number and how/when you would like to pay.
3. Your photos 1-2 weeks after the show!

By submitting this form you are agreeing to receive 15-25 digital images 1-3 weeks after the last day of the show. All digital images are unlimited personal use by the purchaser of the images. Any publication use of the images must be approved by the photographer, additional charges may occur.
