    The following pre-sign up packages are completely optional, you can view and purchase photos without pre-sign up.
    pre-sign up is required for video coverage, fine art, mini lifestyle, award and black background sessions.

    Pre-sign Up Photography Packages
    Budget: $50, 3 digital images, coverage of 1 phase.
    Mini: $100, 10 digital images, coverage of 2 phases.
    Basic: $150, 20 digital images, coverage of 2 phases.
    Premium: $200, 30 digital images, coverage of all phases.
    Ultimate: $250, 40 digital images, coverage of all phases.
    Private: $300, 50+ digital images, coverage of all phases and outside ring coverage if available. Sneak peek images will be available at the end of the show day for same day posting.

    Pre-sign Up Videography Packages
    Pre-sign up is required for videography packages.
    Budget: $70, coverage and all footage of 1 phase.
    Mini: $100, one 10 second reel, coverage and all footage of 1 phase.
    Basic: $150, two 15 second reels, coverage and all footage of 2 phases.
    Premium: $200, three 20 second reels, coverage and all footage of all phases.
    Ultimate: $250, five 20-30 second reels, coverage and all footage of all phases.
    Private: $300, ten 20-30 second reels, coverage and all footage of all tests and outside ring coverage if available. Sneak peek reels will be available at the end of every show day for same day posting.

    Photography/Videography Packages
    You may combine any of the above photography and videography packages together. A $10 discount will apply. 

    Pre-sign Up Fine Art/Mini Lifestyle/Award Sessions/Black Backgrounds
    Natural background fine art, mini lifestyle, award sessions and black backgrounds will be available at the end of the show day.
    ​Pre-sign up is required.
    Budget: $50, 3 natural background fine art/mini lifestyle/award images or 1 black background image.
    Mini: $150, 10 natural background/mini lifestyle/award images or 3 black background images.

    Photography Proof Viewing
    Your proof viewing is included in your photographer fee. You can head to my proof viewing site to view all your images. General wait time for full proof albums is 3-4 weeks after the last day of the show. if you would like to be emailed your album directly once it's uploaded you can fill out a proof viewing form here.

    Multiple Horses
    ​If you are a rider with multiple horses please list your second horse's information in the last box.
    A $15 discount for two or more horses will apply.

    What to expect after sending this form
    1. Confirmation e-mail with contract and invoice reflecting your selected package(s) and information regarding any session availability.
    ​2. Payment is due by the last day of the show before the end of the day.
    3. Digital albums will be emailed as soon as they are ready. Average wait time is 3-4 weeks after the last day of the show.
