Lamplight Equestrian Center's private photographer fee is $750. This goes to HITS and the official photographer not me. I am allowed up to 10 clients. It is mandatory that all clients select to allow their images to be used by HITS media as we qualify for a 25% discount on the private photographer fee by doing this! The private fee is built into the below packages.

Photography Packages
Premium: $300, 30 digital images, coverage of up to 3 tests.
Ultimate: $400, 40 digital images, coverage of up to 4 tests.
Private: $500, 50+ digital images, coverage of all tests and outside ring coverage if available.
For all packages, sneak peek images will be available at the end of every show day for same day posting.

Videography Packages
Premium: $350, three 20 second reels, coverage and all footage of 3 tests.
Ultimate: $450, five 20-30 second reels, coverage and all footage of 4 tests.
Private: $550, ten 20-30 second reels, coverage and all footage of all tests and outside ring coverage if available.
For all packages, sneak peek reels will be available at the end of every show day for same day posting.

Photography/Videography Packages
You may combine any of the above photography and videography packages together. A $10 discount will apply. Keep in mind I can only capture photo or video at each test as I will not have a second photographer on hand.

Multiple Horses
If you are a rider with multiple horses please list your second horse's information in the last box.
A $15 discount for two or more horses will apply.

What to expect after sending this form
1. Confirmation e-mail.
2. Contract and invoice.
3. Payment is due by September 16th, 2026 as the private photographer fee will be due the morning of the 17th.
4. Full digital albums will be emailed as soon as they are ready. Average wait time is 3-4 weeks after the last day of the show.
