    Photography Packages
    Budget: $50, 3 digital images, coverage of 1-3 classes.
    Mini: $100, 10 digital images, coverage of 3-5 classes.
    Basic: $150, 20 digital images, coverage of 5-10 classes.
    Premium: $200, 30 digital images, coverage of 10-15 classes.
    Ultimate: $250, 40 digital images, coverage of 15-20 classes.
    Private: $300, 50+ digital images, coverage of all classes and outside ring coverage if available. Sneak peek images will be available at the end of every show day for same day posting.

    Videography Packages
    Pre-sign up is required for videography packages, rail classes are not eligible for videography packages. Classes must be individual performances like halter, pattern, etc.
    Budget: $50, coverage and all footage of 1 class.
    Mini: $100, one 10 second reel, coverage and all footage of 2 classes.
    Basic: $150, two 15 second reels, coverage and all footage of 3 classes.
    Premium: $200, three 20 second reels, coverage and all footage of 5 classes.
    Ultimate: $250, five 20-30 second reels, coverage and all footage of 10 classes.
    Private: $300, ten 20-30 second reels, coverage and all footage of all classes and outside ring coverage if available. Sneak peek reels will be available at the end of every show day for same day posting.

    Photography/Videography Packages
    You may combine any of the above photography and videography packages together. A $25 discount will apply.

    Fine Art/Mini Lifestyle/Award Sessions
    Natural background fine art, mini lifestyle and award sessions will be available at the end of each show day. Pre-sign up is required.
    Budget: $75, 3 natural background fine art/mini lifestyle/award images.
    Mini: $200, 10 natural background/mini lifestyle/award images.

    Photography Proof Viewing
    All rides, all days will be captured in photo. Proof viewing is FREE if a proof viewing form is received before or on the day(s) of the chosen show you'd like to view. Otherwise the proof viewing fee is $30 and includes one digital download and proof viewing for one show season. This fee covers proof gallery costs and editing. After the viewing fee, proof photo prices are $30/image. The proof viewing form may be found HERE: ​Proof Viewing

    Multiple Horses
    ​If you are a rider with multiple horses please list your second horse's information in the last box.
    A $15 discount for two or more horses will apply.

    What to expect after sending this form
    1. Confirmation e-mail with contract and invoice reflecting your selected package(s) and information regarding any session availability.
    ​2. Payment is due by the last day of the show before the end of the day.
    3. Digital albums will be emailed as soon as they are ready. Average wait time is 3-4 weeks after the last day of the show.
