Sign Up for Photos at SGHS Fun & Action Show September 27th, 2020

Prices:
EARLY BIRD DEAL: $75 for whole show day coverage if you sign up before September 23rd at 6pm!
$45 for 2 classes or less.
$85 for the whole show day coverage!

Multiple Horses:
If you are a rider with multiple horses please list your second horse's info in the last box.
There are discounts for those with multiple horses!
How many images/format to expect:
15-25 digital images sent via Google Photos link (for full day), 7-10 digital images (for 2 class or less).
We can do a USB/CD on request but this turn around will take longer and there is an additional $15 charge for making and shipping!
We will work as fast as we can to get your images to you as quickly as we can. Minimum time span to expect your photos is one week after the last day of the show and no longer than 2 weeks.
What to expect after sending this form:
1. Confirmation e-mail that I have received your information and more information on payment.
2. Your photos 1-2 weeks after the show!

Contract Agreement/Terms of use
By submitting this form you are agreeing to receive 8-10 (2 classes or less), 15-25 (full day) digital images 1-2 weeks after the last day of the show. All digital images are unlimited personal use by the purchaser of the images. Any publication use of the images must be approved by the photographer, additional charges may occur.
